Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
Eligible for Return

- Manufacturing defects reported within the return period.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
